2nd order with no samples!

Last month I had an order where I received zero of the 3 samples I added to my basket.  They threw in a perfume, but I can't use perfume.  Just had another order a couple of weeks ago, and again zero of my three samples, no substitutions this time.  That's 0 for 6 samples, and I'm a Rouge member, I spend plenty of money with Sephora.  I'm over it, I went to Macy's this week to buy several things b/c it's not worth ordering and waiting from Sephora if I'm going to be promised things I don't actually receive.  Not impressed at all.
