2nd order and NO samples in package AGAIN

I am new to Sephora and I have been very excited to receive samples when I place an order and I have yet to receive a single sample. My first order I placed didn’t even include all the products I order so I had to call to even get the product re-sent considering I had paid for it. I will hopefully be receiving that product soon but it’s disappointing that I paid for flash shipping ordered the product on Thanksgiving and it’s been a full week and I have yet to receive it. Two orders and I’ve been disappointed each time. Will give them one more chance but I may take my business elsewhere. I understand the samples are free but don’t offer something if you have no intention on delivering.

I agree and this has happened to me so many times! I would reach out to customer service. I have reached out to customer service the 3 times it has happened to me and they resent my missed item one time and the other 2 orders I was just given points.
