2X POINTS ON SKINCARE NOT SHOWING

Hello, I made a skincare purchase that was to qualify for double the points on skincare but the double points were not added to my beauty insider account. I made the purchase Jan 21, and the promo ended Jan 22. And until now, the double points are not showing. Please help!
