2500 points for $100

Did Sephora suspend giving out $100 gift certificate for 2500 points? I haven't seen it in decades. If that's the case what's the point of keeping my Rouge VIP status?

I did manage to get one after weeks and weeks of trying. The only thing I did differently is that I refreshed at 9:07 PST. The reward usually shows up right around 9:08PST and then again at 9:22~PST. I hope this helps but it did take me forever to finally get one so who knows?

The way they handle the Rouge Reward is infuriating. We have to spend at LEAST $1666 to have enough points to purchase it, it's a measly 6% return, and they're so stingy about that 6% that they make it impossible to get. It usually drops right at 11am Central on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it just disappears for months at a time and when it finally does show up, it's "out of stock" by the time you hit the checkout button. We aren't stupid, Sephora. It's a virtual reward, they're not out of stock. You're purposely keeping us from using them. If you're going to treat us that way over it, why bother with it at all? It makes us angry. You're driving away your customers who spend the most money with you because of your antics. There are other beauty resources for us that offer us 25%-50% cashback REGULARLY, and they dont dangle it over our heads and make it impossible to redeem. I'm not of the mindset that companies must have a rewards program to keep us happy. I dont think they're required to give us anything for spending our money with them, but if you're going to bother to offer one, then you should actually offer it. Not pretend to.

We still offer $100 Rouge Rewards on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9am PST. But please note, they are limited and available while supplies last. I'm sorry they tend to go out of stock quickly but I recommend checking back on our rewards page. Thank you!

Do you have to be a “Rouge” member to cash in this reward? If I have enough points as a VIB can I still have a chance to get it online?

Me too. I logged in every Tuesday and Thursday. There isn't even an option for people to pick. Normally if you have the option and is gone it'll say "sold out" but at least I could see what is sold out. In this case no.

I logged on at 9am pst today (Thursday) and it wasn’t an option although new rewards for less point became available.

I have no idea what I am going to do with my 3000 points. There are no rewards. I haven't seen the $100 reward. I am sure there are many people flush with points after the VIB sale. What is the point of being Rouge??
