250 birthday points disappeared

Hi,

I redeemed the 250 points for the birthday reward in mid 2023. My account says I have 0 points currently. I noticed the 250 points were added to my shopping cart and showed I had 0 points, so I pressed remove from shopping cart (expecting it to say I have 250 points again) and all of my points are gone. I spoke to someone on live chat that said there was no redemption history on my account, said it was probably on a different account, and ended my chat without any notice. I would like to get my points back because I know it was on the correct account since I saw it with my own eyes right before I contacted live chat.
