25% off not working!

Just like a ton of people on here I signed up for the credit card offer to get the 25% off my cart total. Applied. Approved. When I went to check out I get an error message stating there is a problem with my profile or stating due to security reasons I need to wait for the actual card. I spent over an hour with two different reps including a manager and they were of no help! This is ridiculous that this is happening to so many people and screams of false advertising and fraud. I would not have signed up for the offer had there been any indication I could not use the offer today.

I'm so sorry that you may need to wait until the physical card arrives in the mail. It should arrive within 10 days. You may also want to try contacting Comenity Bank directly so they can look into this. Please call:
