25% off Dyson Airwrap Ceremic Pop Not Working

I opened Sephora visa credit cart to discount the Dyson Airwrap™ Multi-Styler Complete Long Limited Edition in Ceremic Pop. However, after I ordered the item online, a message sent to me about 30 minutes later, said that my order was canceled due to the item was out of stock. I don’t why they are still making the item available to order even though they are not. I just checked it out again this morning and it still showed available! Now, my temporary credit card just lost the first purchase 25% off promo discount, and I don’t even have my product. Check the items carefully before ordering them.

I have talked to the representative. I was confirmed that I will get the 25% discount back. But, the system is still wrong for having the item available which in fact it is not. I ordered it again and the ware house still canceled my order. I was upset because I opened the credit card specifically for this item. Please change this item to out of stock! So, no one will make the same mistake as me.
