25% discount for first purchase by Sephora Credit Card does not work

It took me several days and several times to chat with Sephora Beauty Advisors, call the Comenity bank, then transfer back and forth between them but I still don't see the 25% discount apply to my order.

I want to place the order by myself, I have the physical card in my hand, and it's already activated. But non of the advisor can give me the answer to why it did not work. I don't want to have the advisor place the order for me. And I only have the original price items on the cart (no sale, no clearance, even no free sample).

Could somebody please let me know if you have the same issue and your solution?

The credit card and the 25% is a joke. Don’t fall for it.
