My birthday was December 30th and I am having the same issue. I cannot see how to redeem my birthday gift online.

Sephora, do better. We spend lots of money and expect that we can redeem our bday gift when it’s time. But like the others here, I also do not have the ability to redeem even though the app acknowledges that it’s my birthday. Horrible customer service and experience.

I have the same issue, my birthday is this month and I have enough of an order in my cart to qualify but can’t see any birthday gifts to add online and I’m not really close to a Sephora store so I was really hoping to do this online but not sure what to do

So others are having the same problem. It’s my bday month and every time I press redeem birthday gift nothing is there to redeem. Very disappointing as my store doesn’t have everything I want in stock.

I’m also wondering the same thing, my birthday was December 29th and I only have a few days left to redeem my birthday gift but any time I go on birthday gifts there’s nothing there
