2023 Birthday Gift

Hello: 

I wasn’t able to get my birthday gift. I went to 2 Sephora locations & they were out. The last location offered me 250 points but then said I wasn’t able to get the points because I picked up my 2022 birthday gift on Jan 1st and would not be able to get anything for 2023. What can I do because that was 2022’s gift and the person never told me it would disqualify me for 2023.

I am late December, the day after christmas.

A few years ago I was offered my birthday gift and then a few days later in January offered another so I ended up with two. Later the following December they didn't have any gifts. But in January I was offered a birthday gift and that's been the case ever since. I'm not going to worry about it now because they always reach out to me in January. I think they run out of gifts for us late December babes
