20% off rouge glitch? Help please

This is the first year I didn’t achieve rouge status  

however, my app and email are still sending me rouge dates for 20% off and an email/code to share 20% off with a friend. 

is this just a glitch on the website because I was rouge for so long prior to this year?

I’m having the same issue. I’m Rouge (supposedly) and getting all the notifications and such but the code won’t work and the app says I’m VIB, as though it isn’t accessible yet 😞
