20% off for VIB?

Hi!  I saw a posting that said VIBs were getting a 20% off coupon.  Although on BIC I come up as "Rouge," I'm "VIB" for now, and I get the VIB e-mails.  I e-mailed CS and they reported that VIBs are not getting a 20% promotion.  However, I saw a mod was PMing a couple people that asked about it on BIC.  So, I thought that I'd double-check since I heard sometimes the reps answering e-mails don't know all the answers.  Is there a VIB promotion going on now for 20%?  If so, may I receive the code?
