20% off code not working

I know this question has been posted many times before - I received a mailer with a 20% off code, but when attempting to use it I get the message "Offer available to select BI members." I am a VIB so not sure what the problem is.

Does anyone have a resolution for this issue? It's been clearly happening to many, many people...Very frustrating bait and switch tactics on Sephora's part.

My code I got sent in the mail isn’t working. It says for only select Bi members. I have a rouge account so I’m not sure what to do. 😞
