20% off code not working

I got a 20% off discount code in the mail but when I try to use it it says it's for select BI members only. Anyone know why this is?

Hello I just filled my cart and restocked on everything I need for the year but when I go to enter the 20% off code, for some reason an error pops up and says that the promo is only available for select BI members. I am a member and I registered for the code and have proof verifying that I did. Can someone help me with this?
