$20 off $100 for VIB Rouge

Hi -- I never received the actual $20 off VIB Rouge coupon in my email and was unable to purchase in-store today without physically having a coupon (I didn't know I needed it since I had just gotten a pop-up in my app about the sale and no email). I'm really sad because the store was closing soon and it was the last day of the promotion and now I have to wait til November for a sale. Really really bummed. 😞

I didn't get an email either and I've been VIB Rouge for 2 years. I just found out about this from my friend. I see all my Sephora emails because I do a search of my inbox - I definitely did not receive the email with this offer.
