Each year, my friend sends me a link for 20% off. It NEVER works and i’m so tired of it!!!! I clic on it ONCE, it says « Your friend shared 20% » and its asking me to log into my profil, so I do it, and the second i’m on my account it says « oops! Something went wrong. Please reach out to the person you sent you the link ». I’m so mad because then it says the link has expired the number of exchange but i’m the only one she sent it to. How can it be fixed ??

Hi @marii27,

Clicking the link will simply trigger an email to be sent to you with the promo code. There's no need to go back and click the link again. Can you please check your email inbox for the promo code?

My lord and savior!!! I checked this morning just in case the code was indeed in an email but saw nothing. I just checked in my spam folder and there is was✨ I’ll know for next time, thank you so much!!
