20% Coupon not working

I received a coupon in the mail for 20% off from September 6th-16th but when I try to use it I receive the following message: "Sorry, this offer is only available for select Beauty Insider members. If you have multiple accounts, this offer may be assigned to another account." I don't have any other accounts so I'm not sure what the issue is- wondering if anyone has had this issue?
