2 pending orders

I placed 2 orders on November 10th, along with purchasing the two day shipping for a year so I would receive them quickly. I was expecting them to arrive today and went back into my email to see if I had gotten a ship day and there was nothing. I went into my account and it says they are both still pending? I need these orders asap because I am going out of town in the next few days. Are these on their way??? The tracking option isn't available since they are still pending.
