2 orders 0 samples

So I ordered twice during the VIB sale and i was really happy with the purchases and sample choices i had for both my orders ... however i wasnt home for a few days and i opened my boxes yesterday to find out i received 0 (i repeat - 0) samples!

I always try things before i buy because my skin reacts in weird ways so i count on those samples for future purchases.

From 3 to 2 samples was already weird since in store, ive seen plenty of customers leaving with over 5 very generous samples of various creams, serums, perfume, ect.

Getting nothing at all with my 170$ + orders is ridiculous.
