2 issues with my Play service

Hello, First my box didn’t have what it was suppose to. I got a duplicate of the Setting Mist and I was missing the IGK Moisture Balm. Second over the weekend I friend to use my 50+ points on a lipstick and it wouldn’t read. Can you help me?
