2 day shipping but order is still processing??

I placed an order on Monday, 11/13 and chose 2 day shipping. This morning (Wednesday, 11/15) I checked my order status and it shows "In Progress."

I called Customer Service and said that I chose 2 day shipping in order to avoid the delay they were warning about on their homepage. They specifically indicated that 2 and 1 day shipping will not be affected by the delay. Customer Service rep had to escalate my order so it could get shipped out today. Now it's 9:15pm PST and my order still shows In Progress. Unbelievable. What is the point?? I will NEVER order online from Sephora again.

Has anyone else experience the same issues with the shipping??

Omgg same thing here! I’m about to call and try to get my money back for subscribing. OR they can keep up with what we all paid for. There’s seriously no point if therems so many issues.

I’ve been having the same problem. This is the first time having a problem with them. My order has been in process since Friday the 10th. I demanded a refund and they said they couldn’t refund or cancel anything because my items were being boxed and ready for shipment. I was supposed to receive a tracking number according to them and I have yet to receive anything. I’m going to be out of town and have to risk someone stealing my items just because Sephora can’t keep up with their orders. This really sucks

It's so ridiculous!!! It still shows as In Progress. I am now wasting more time to call them. I am so disappointed.

I ordered 2 day flash shipping on Tuesday and am having the same problem. I called and she told me there is nothing she can do to escalate and expedite the shipping. So annoyed!
