Why in the hades did it take me this long to figure this out? I don't know. So ever since Sephora was put inside Jcpenney, I started going there since it is closer to me than an actual free standing Sephora. I was told there that they were unable to scan my card from the app on my phone. And since I didn't have an actual card in my hand she gave a new one. I assumed the lady linked it to my account somehow. But it's not so can somebody help put these 2 accounts together? Please.
