2 Pending Charges, No Order Confirmation, Order Failed

Good morning,

 

           Please help rectify my order issue. I failed to place my order 4 times. I can confirm I have more than enough to pay for this order. I then checked my online banking where I have 4 pending charges. The next day it was reduced to 2 which reflected on my credit balance.

 

Can I please get this transaction "cancelled by the merchant" (as the bank refers to it), as soon as possible. I will just go in-store which is a lot of hassle and not ideal because Winnipeg just turned Code Red with COVID.

 

If this helps this is the error I have received "Payment error- your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account."

 

The 2 pending charges are $105.28. I have confirmed that all of my card information and billing address was correct prior to check out. Hopefully someone can help me please.
