2-Day Flash Shipping

I have had 2-Day Flash Shipping for a few years now, ever since Sephora was testing it in beta form. My 2-Day Flash Shipping was renewed and automatically paid for 4 months ago, but over the last month in particular, I am repeatedly NOT getting the 2-Day Shipping from Sephora as I should. As a longtime VIB, I know exactly what 2-Day Flash Shipping and order fulfillment should be and this is NOT it. What is Sephora doing to compensate its customers for these continuing order fulfillment and 2-Day Flash Shipping FAILURES? Please advise.
