2 Day Flash Shipping Error

I have been having major issues with 2 day shipping since I started it last year. Then this Wednesday I paid for an order and today it still hasn't even shipped. I called and talked to customer service and he said that they couldn't do anything other than cancel my order. Gee thanks. That sure was helpful... Now I have to wait for them to release my money and then I have to go find another gift somewhere else before the birthday party this weekend. 

If things are going to be so awful that you cannot ship things, can you at least tell someone next time? I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known, I would have driven the hour and a half to the Sephora store.
