1st Order Status "Unsuccessful Authorization"

I placed my first ever order with Sephora on the 26th of January and realized today that I still hadn't received a shipping notification, so I just logged in and found that my order status is Pending / Unsuccessful Authorization, it looks like my order has been cancelled. 

 

I'd like to know what's happening..?
