$167 Order Left Unsecured — Completely Unacceptable

I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for many years and have consistently had positive experiences, which is why this was especially disappointing. I recently placed an order totaling $167 and worked from home specifically so I could receive my package immediately.

 

I live in an apartment, and my unit number was clearly listed on the delivery. Despite this, the driver left my package in the shared mail room, which is accessible to everyone, instead of making the effort to deliver it to my door or place it securely in my mailbox. I also did not receive any delivery notification and had to track the package myself to find out it had been dropped off.

 

After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident but an ongoing issue that has been happening for years. If this continues, it will inevitably impact Sephora’s reputation and customer trust, and eventually affect revenue.

 

Fleet optics needs to either hire more reliable drivers or provide proper training and accountability. Ironically, I work for a courier company myself, and we have systems in place specifically to prevent situations like this. I expect better care and security when ordering high-value items, especially from a brand like Sephora.
