1500pt Aerin reward

I was very fortunate to have redeemed the 1500 point Aerin fragrance reward from the Bazaar, and received the big box today. I did receive the fragrance just fine, but I was under the impression that 1. the bottle would be hand-painted, and 2. the box would be autographed by Aerin herself. Neither of them was on my reward, even though the black Sephora box that housed the fragrance had a seal sticker on the magnetic closure.
