1500 Points disappeared??

Holy moly! I mysteriously dropped from 2300 points to just over 700 several days ago, and they haven't come back. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am missing about 300 points as well. not sure of exactly how many points I had but sure it was at least 300 more than are currently showing. I can find nothing to reflect this in my account and have not made any recent purchases. Good luck to you, it seems this happens all too frequently....
