$1500+ Missing package won't refund or reship!!!!!

I order $1500+ , My package went missing and I contact the customer service for help and they won't refund/replacement.

This is the second my package went missing with Sephora.

I try to contact my bank and they told me only Sephora can stop the transaction. I explain the situation profoundly and they won't

help me.

I am so disappointed at their service. Clearly there are problem with their shipping service.

I've a loyal customer and I don't understand how they can't help

Did they end up resolving it for you? I Had similar experience with lower priced order that I didnt receive but never refunded to me
