15% off email some people got

I’m Rouge & didn’t get the email that 1 day ago some people got about spending $50 between Feb 14th-18th and then getting a 15% off code to use in March. If some people don’t get it, I think it’s unfair & it makes me lose respect & loyalty towards Sephora because they’re strategically sending it out to some people & not others. I had asked a manager in my local Sephora about why some people don’t get those emails & she said Sephora sends them to people who don’t spend as much as a way to get them to buy more. Last year I spent almost $5K at Sephora & she said that’s why I don’t get those emails. Seeing that some people got this email & I didn’t is the last straw I needed. I’m going to start purchasing all my skincare & makeup elsewhere. A combo of straight from the vendors, Nordstrom & Saks. At least they value their customers, show loyalty & give amazing free deluxe samples. I also feel like a sucker for having so much loyalty towards Sephora. I’ve been buying from Sephora (in order to get the points) even though brands have sent emails on “flash sales” meaning they’re website is 20 or 25% off. Kate Sommerville, Too Faced & so many other vendors send those emails on an often basis. It makes me wish that I should have bought straight from the vendors since Sephora doesn’t have loyalty towards loyal customers.

I’ve also been a ROUGE MEMBER for over 4 years! And have never heard of such thing!! Unbelieveable!!! How do some of us who spend so much money years after years arent given a discount! WTF IM SHOOK!!
