15% off coupon not working.

I got that spend 50 receive 15% off code and when I put it in, its not working!!

It says "Offer available to select Beauty Insider members. Must be logged in to qualify."     

I'm logged in!!!!

Hi there, I had the same problem and unfortunately was not able to use my 15% off coupon code before midnight tonight. I tried all night and kept getting the error that I needed to be logged in even though I was, and tried on both my phone and laptop but it wouldn't work. I'm a VIB Rouge member. This is not the first time this has happened, and I'm sad I missed out on another sale.

I received the page telling me I had qualified for the 15% coupon when I logged in, but it didn't give me my code and it wasn't automatically added to my cart. I still haven't received an email with the coupon code a of 3/6/21.
