15% off code disappeared...

I’m in the same boat as many others out there- logged on, saw pop-up of my code, and as soon as I clicked it, it disappeared. 

Also, does this code apply to those who live overseas? I am noticing all discount codes don’t apply to international customers, so thought to ask.
