Why didn't all rouge recurve this discount ?

Sephora just continues to alienate its best customers. From the horrible change to using Lasership, ensuring we will never again receive our packages within that two-day window, to picking and choosing who receives coupons - whomever is running customer support these days is ensuring Sephora will lose their best customers. There are so many other places to purchase what Sephora offers now with better, guaranteed shipping and discounts. I've started contacting their CEO via twitter - Calvin_Sephora. I was immediately contacted by someone to assist. Spam him.

I am a little upset also. it would gave been nice to have extended this to all Rouge customers.

And Canadians too! This wasn't a rouge coupon though. It was supposed to entice people who haven't spent much at Sephora to bump up their purchasing. I understand it in theory, but it really is a kick in the shins to those of us who do spend a lot.

Exactly! What was the criteria for this!?! I'm really upset I didn't get the code and even more upset I can't use it! I've been Rouge for years... never been more upset than I am now. I know it's only 15%... but it's the principle of it...
