15 days since order has been placed but still in process

Hi, I placed my order on May 13 and May 14. I only received one of those orders. The other order is only a set of matchstix by fenty beauty, and some beauty samples. I wanted to know if the beauty samples may hold up my order, or if what I ordered is out of stock. If so I would like to cancel because waiting 15 days on this is a lot for me, especially with no signs of the order being prepared for shipment when it’s only one main item.
