Same here. I have been checking since I made the 75+ purchase. Checked inbox, junk, spam, even trash just incase. Thought it could be a virtual link in my insider account. Nope, still nothing.

I called and they gave me a code.got my order through. Give their customer service a call and they can check you account and provide you a code. It's a known issue. Happy shopping.
