14 digit gift card

Help, I received 2x 14 digit gift card with 6 digit PINs.   Sephora customer service chat was not helpful; they needed an order number.  I do not have one since I cant use the gift cards.  I do not have a receipt, these were gift cards that I received for xmas. Seems like there are many customers with the same problem.   I am wondering how many are getting their issue resolved.
