13 Digit Gift Card

I'm a Beauty Insider and received a gift card from my friend this month with only 13 digits on it. The PIN has the correct amount of digits. What is going on?

@fourofourerror, I'm sorry to hear this! I recommend calling the number on the back of the card to see if they can assist. You can also visit a Sephora store as they may still be able to swipe the card for you.
