11/10 Order delay

Hi,

I placed my order on 11/10 but the status is still being processed. I understand that due to high volume, my order may be delayed, but the order contains a wedding gift to my friend whose wedding is on 11/22. Can someone give me an estimate how much longer it's going to take for me to receive my order so that at least I can decide whether I should buy a new gift for my friend?
