1000 point purchase canceled once again

I purchased the 1000 point Urban Decay set 5 days ago. Yesterday i was assured by customer service that my order is shipping today, to my surprise I received an email my order was canceled because the items were magically out of stock. Second time this happens and it takes days! I placed the order as soon as the reward launched and was in stock. Extremely frustrating!
