$100 rouge reward won't activate

I traded in my points for the rouge reward, i received the email to activate, when i click to activate the page won’t load. I have tried to load the page for several hours now and it’s completely blank. Can someone just give me my code to redeem?

I am having the same problem with my $100 rewards, it doesn't expire till next month but all i get is a white screen, tried both browsers and clearing history and emailed sephora for help but nothing 😞

I am having the most difficult time adding the $100 rouge card to my basket!  Twice now I have been able to access it, then I agree to the terms, and I cannot get any further.  So frustrating.  I can't move to the next step.  What can I do to finally add the card?  Anytime I purchase a product on line, I never have any issues except for this card.  I have over 6000 points and really want to apply some of them to the $100 card.  Please advise.
