$100 rouge reward in store?

Was lucky enough to snag a $100 reward in exchange for points. Went to use it in store and the sales associates said these are only redeemable online, not in store. The rewards info doesn’t exclude in store purchases, just same day delivery and buy online for pick up in store purchases. I’ve read that other people have been able to use theirs in store. Does anyone know the official policy? I’ll contact customer support in the morning but it’s late now where I am and I wanted to see if anyone had any insight.

@TNoMoney @You should be able to use it online or in store. Some Sephora employees just don’t know or read about the terms. 

What is a Rouge Reward and who can use one?

A Rouge Reward is a non-transferable $100 reward available to Rouge members in exchange for redemption of 2,500 Beauty Insider points, while supplies last. A $100 Rouge Reward then can be used online or in store for the purchase of merchandise only. Please note that the Rouge Reward can only be redeemed in the country where the Rouge Reward was purchased.
