$100 rouge reward SCAM

Do not use your reward points on the $100 reward. It’s a trap. If you buy a product using this reward, you cannot return it or exchange it what so ever. I have always been a loyal Sephora customer and to have this kind of deceitful reward out there makes me question the loyalist to their consumers. BEWARE!

Hello, I have my own issues with Sephora. I am not biased for Sephora in any way.  You can trust me on that.  Far from it.  I have a lot of bitterness toward Sephora having been their customer for 20 years and how my issues have been handled.  I find the $100 reward to be an improvement. They never offered this before and only the mediocre sample stuff to redeem.  It’s a step in the right direction. I only wish the $100 reward was more plentiful so you don’t need to wait for that time window to redeem it. In the fine print so many moderators and other BIC have stated redundantly everywhere for months now that the reward can’t be returned exchanged or combined with any other promo and expire if not used within a timeframe.  It’s unfortunate you were not aware of the rules before making your purchase.  That’s why I’ve been holding off using mine until I decide what I need for sure and won’t regret it.  It’s definitely a hard lesson to learn after being burned but at least you will know for the next $100 reward.  FYI I shop more at Ulta these days than Sephora.
