$100 rogue reward

I’m aware that new rewards post on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 AM Pacific time which is 11 AM central time. I have been online since 10:58 AM refreshing waiting for the 2500 point reward for a $100 gift card to post - it hasn’t popped up at all. What’s going on?

It looks like the Rouge Rewards are currently available. I recommend checking both your web browser and the Sephora app.

Yes I checked on both the sephora app and then a web browser but it was still not available

I've been doing the same thing and nothing. What gives. Why is this so difficult to get? Is it a reward or not and why make it so difficult to get and use? I hate this.
