$100 reward

I got the $100 reward by using 1000 points, got a confirmation email letting me know that I will receive another email to activate. The following email just has a button that says shop now (takes me to front page of bi app) and explains that the reward is in my beauty insider account or already in my basket. Im trying to place an order and would like to use the code but the reward isn’t in either of those places. Did i miss a step in the activation process?
