$100 off rouge reward scam

So apparently I’m told by customer service that the $100 off reward once you hit 2500 points is no longer…even though it says right on their site. But per customer service that’s outdated. I am outraged and feel like this is extremely unprofessional of them. I spend a lot of money with this store and it’s extremely misleading! No wonder when I logged on every tues and Thurs, like I was advised I couldn’t find the option to do so on my own.

Confirming it still exists, just got one today!….but it didn’t show up until 9:30am PST. I had been refreshing for over 30 minutes 😞

I have set timers for the last couple of weeks to check the Rewards Bazaar and haven’t seen the $100 reward either. Something odd is definitely going on!

@BellaGia1, I'm so sorry that you may have been advised incorrectly, and I'll share this feedback with the appropriate teams. The $100 Rouge Reward is still offered in limited quantities each Tuesday and Thursday around 9 a.m. PST, so please check back each week!

@BellaGia1 I believe the latest that I have heard is it's a Rouge only reward and it's not available all the time, it only shows up in the Rewards section from time to time. I could be wrong though.
