$100 Rouge Reward

I would like to know if anyone has actually received a rouge reward? I’ve been online before 9am PST every Tue and Thu refreshing and watching for the $100 rouge reward to show up in the rewards bazaar. It never does. Why offer a reward that is impossible to get? You dangle a carrot to get people to save their points but then never post the reward.

 

I see a lot of similar comments about the reward never being available so I know I’m not alone. Personally I’m done wasting my time and will start shopping elsewhere.

@lakecountry I'm sorry for the confusion! To see and redeem the Rouge reward, you do have to have Rouge status. I see that your account is currently VIB so you would not be able to see or redeem the Rouge Reward.

Thank you for letting me know. Why wouldn’t they tell me this when I spoke to customer care? First when I was told to save points to get the reward and second when I contacted them about never seeing the reward offered? How do I switch my status?

@lakecountry I'm sorry that this wasn't explained to you.  To obtain Rouge status, you would need to spend $1000 within a calendar year.
