• If I make a purchase with the $100 Rouge Reward and needed to make a return, would that amount just become store credit? Can the reward be used with store credit?

@bethanydf Items purchased with a Rouge Reward cannot be returned to Sephora stores or Sephora at Kohl’s. Unused and unopened items can be exchanged for the exact same item within 30 days in Sephora stores only. Items ordered online at sephora.com or sephora.ca with a Rouge Reward can be returned by mail. The pro-rated amount paid will be refunded, but the redeemed Rouge Reward will not be reinstated to your Beauty Insider account. The Rouge Reward will be forfeited.
