$100 Rouge Reward Expired

Hi, so last year I redeemed my reward points that I saved up for so long for $100 rouge gift card. I was not aware that it expired February 2024, and I did not get to spend single cent of the gift card. Is there any way I can get the points back or another $100 gift card?

FYI for anyone reading this, don’t believe their “I’ll message you” reply actually means you’ll get somewhere. I just spent an hour on chat with customer service and they were absolutely rigid and did not even attempt to find a solution. The app showed me an expiration date that was not the same as the initial reward (literally by one day which was when I tried to redeem it). Instead of digging through my email for the single message I got back when I first obtained the reward, I naively assumed that their app was competent and I could go off of what it said. Still, nothing but regurgitating the same language about the 90 day expiration.  This is ridiculous and you would think that after spending thousands of dollars with a retailer they would be accommodating what is not an unreasonable request. And because they can’t adjust a $100 reward they are now losing many years of what would be a continued loyal customer.

Hello, I’ve contacted several people and they have not been able to help. They keep sending me all over the place. I lost $70 in credit card rewards without noticing. I never noticed that I have them. I’ve seen other girls getting their rewards reinstated.

@Cintya92 For assistance with credit card rewards, you would need to contact Comenity. We do not have access to their system.

Hello, I called them and they sent me back here because they do not deal with rewards. 😞 I’m lost. I’ve spoken with 6 different people.
