$100 Rouge Reward Expired

Hello, is there anyone who’s had luck with getting their $100 reissued? I just realized mine expired 15 minutes ago when I tried making my purchase and for some reason I thought it was going to expire on the 6th of June. I’m so sad as I’ve been rouge for so many years AND this is the first time it’s happened. 😞 

Anyone know who I can ask to help get it reissued if possible?

Is there any chance I can also get your assistance?  After I cashed in my points for the reward, every time I went to place an order the items were out of stock.  I just found the items I wanted in stock and when I went to purchase them with my reward, it said it was expired.  I am within 1 week of the expiration and would appreciate any help to get my points back or the reward.  Thanks so much!
